On-Line Tool was started in my garage over 35 years ago. I hope you find On-Line Tool acceptable for your fixtures and gauges. We have the experience and technology to provide our customers with top quality fixtures and gauges. Our experience in building automotive inspection tools include, hard tooling production fixtures, soft tooling prototype fixtures, CMM holding fixtures, and fixtures for injection molded plastic part. From math data we can provide our Tool & Die Customers with fixtures built from, aluminum, steel, or fixture plank. History Note- The company name On-Line Tool has absolutely nothing to do with the on line internet. We all know their are

a lot of scams on the internet and it is hard to trust even honorable businesses from the internet. Here is how my business name On-Line Tool was born. About 45 years ago when I was an apprentice tool maker working for a check fixture tooling company, the older tool makers would ask me to check their scale to see if they were on-line for measuring a dimension correctly. Before math data, every tooling dimension was scaled form a mylar and you needed good vision for measuring the mylar correctly with a scale. This is where On-Line Tool came from. When I started my tooling business in the garage35 years ago, the name On-Line Tool seem to be a good business name for tooling. With all the scams on the internet, I don't know if On-Line Tool is a respected business name today. We have a history of building quality tooling and our future tools will continue with the best of quality.
